Terms of Service

Last updated: August 6, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Pixora ("Pixora", "we", "us", or "our"), including our website and interview-practice platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

Pixora is an AI-powered technical interview practice platform. It offers a solo practice mode where you can solve coding problems, and AI-driven mock interviews with voice-based interviewers that generate a written evaluation and feedback report at the end of each session.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security or abuse risk.

3. Plans, Payments & Quotas

Paid plans grant a fixed quota of easy/medium/hard practice problems and mock interviews, valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Plans do not auto-renew — no recurring charge is made, and you choose when to purchase again. Purchasing a new plan replaces any currently active plan and its remaining quota. Prices, currency, taxes, and payment methods are described in our Pricing Policy. Payments are processed by Razorpay.

4. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share, publish, or resell interview problems, transcripts, or feedback reports obtained through the Service in violation of applicable confidentiality obligations to a third-party employer.
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the underlying models, prompts, or source code of the Service.
  • Circumvent, disable, or manipulate plan quotas, security controls, or payment flows.
  • Use the Service to generate or transmit unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the Service or access it through automated means without our written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

Pixora and its licensors own all rights to the Service, including its problems, interview content, software, and branding. You retain ownership of the code you write while using the Service. By submitting code or participating in a session, you grant Pixora a license to store, process, and display that content back to you as part of providing the Service and generating your feedback report.

7. AI-Generated Feedback

Feedback reports, evaluations, and hire/no-hire style recommendations produced by our AI interviewers are automated guidance intended to help you practice. They are not a guarantee of your performance in any real interview, nor a guarantee of any employment outcome.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers, including Google and GitHub (sign-in), Razorpay (payments), and OpenAI (AI interview processing). Your use of those integrations is also subject to the respective third party's own terms and policies.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated feedback will be accurate or complete.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
