Pricing Policy

Pixora plans are prepaid quotas, not recurring subscriptions. Purchasing a plan immediately grants a fixed number of easy, medium, and hard mock-interview attempts, valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. We do not automatically charge you again after the 30 days end — if you want to continue, you purchase a new plan when you're ready. Basic practice mode (solving problems without an AI mock interview) remains free and unlimited regardless of plan status.

The plans currently on offer, their prices, and what each includes are always shown live on our Pricing page and at checkout before you pay. We list prices there rather than in this policy so that what you see is always accurate and current.

• Base plan prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
• For customers paying with India-only payment methods (such as UPI or netbanking), the USD price is converted to Indian Rupees (INR) using our platform's current exchange rate at the time of checkout.
• Goods and Services Tax (GST) is added on top of the plan price for Indian customers, at the rate currently in effect (18% at the time of writing), as required by Indian tax law.
• The exact amount you will be charged, inclusive of any applicable tax, is always shown to you before you confirm payment.

Payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay, which supports cards, UPI, netbanking, and wallets, subject to availability in your region. We do not store your full card, UPI, or bank account details.

A purchased plan's quota is available for use for 30 days from purchase, as shown in your account. Unused problem attempts do not roll over or carry forward once that period ends. You can only have one active plan at a time — purchasing a new plan immediately replaces any currently active plan and its remaining quota.

We may change plan prices, GST rates, or exchange rates at any time to reflect our costs or applicable law. Any change applies only to purchases made after the change takes effect and does not affect a plan you have already purchased.
